if the bar is placed at the center of curvature then

length of image= length of bar I.e l( as image formed will be of same size if object)

The length of the image will be as same size of that of object.

This is because when the object is placed at the center of curvature of the mirror, it provides image as the same size of that the object. Plus here the mid point of the bar coincide with the centre of curvature so the upper portion will produce an image in the lower portion and the lower portion will produce an image in the upper portion.
