square Copper sheet length = x metre
according to question,
dx/x = 0.02
A = x^2. (taking log and differting)
dA/A = 2 dx/x
=> dA/A = 2 × (0.02)
=> dA/A = 0.04
So, % increase in area of the square.
dA/A × 100
= 0.04 × 100
= 4%
