First of all it would look extremely wierd.we would be able to see all the organelles present in the cell.cells have the tendency to grow fast than increasing volume. If the cell grows beyond a certain limit, not enough material will be able to cross the membrane fast enough to accommodate the increased cellular volume. When this happens, the cell cannot perform its function.it can cease its function only if it divides and becomes smaller .
