power = 1/f (in meter)

= -100/ 25

= -4D

The lens is concave .

Here you go !

When the focal length of a lense becomes negative, then the lense will be concave, when positive it will be convex lens.

So, a lens of focal length -25 is concave .

P= 1/f (in m )

=100/-25= -4

Hence -4 D is the power.
