Answer:

Angular Momentum = Moment of Inertia × Angular momentum

Angular Momentum  = 12mR2

If the velocity of the disk about the axis of rotation is v,

then, its angular velocity = ω = Velocity Radius = vR

Now,

Angular momentum = 12mR2 × vR = 12×mvR

Answer:

This may be your answer I am not sure about it hope it might be helpful.

Explanation:

L=LCM+Mvr

⟹L=Iω+Mv R/2

⟹l= 1/2MR^2ω+Mv R/2

⟹L=MvR since ωR=v
