Length of rod = 2l

I about centre of mass is -
 \frac{1}{12} m {(2l})^{2} \\ \frac{1}{3} m {l}^{2}


torque = I \: \alpha \\ = \frac{1}{3} m {l}^{2} \times \frac{w - 0}{t} \\ \frac{1}{3} \frac{m {l}^{2} w}{t}
