An agreement which is enforceable by law at the option of the one or more parties but not at the option of the other or others is a voidable contact.

According to the provisions of Section 2(i) of Indian contact Act,1872 if a person is forced to a contract without his willingness the aggrieved party has legal remedies towards the other party.

In the referring case study B was threatened by A to lend him 200000.As B is the aggrieved party the agreement is voidable at B's will and he consist the legal rights to sue A.
