Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

length of rod =3.5m=350 cm

length of sides =x for square and the triangle

p of square=4x

p of triangle=3x

7x=350

x=50

the 350 cm long rod must be cut into 2 pieces of 200 cm and 150 cm

hope it helps

ANSWER :-

3 \frac{1}{2}  \div 7

3 \frac{1}{2}  =  \frac{7}{2}  \div 7

 \frac{ \frac{7}{2} }{7}  =  \frac{7}{2 \times 2}  =  \frac{7}{14}   =  \frac{1}{2} cm

Length of the rod for the square

 = 4 \times  \frac{1}{2}  = 2m

Length of thr for the quadrilateral triangle

 = 3 \times  \frac{1}{2}  = 1 \frac{1}{2} m
