A-BECAUSE IT IS MADE OF TUNGSTEN WHICH GLOWS DUE TO THE PRESENCE OF ARGON GAS INSIDE THE BULB.
B-Therefore, the capacity of the fuse should be 9 A so that if current exceeds the given required amount, it gets heated up, melts, and break the circuit.
C-c) Here, I= 0.25 A
t= 4 hrs. ie. 4*60*60
= 14400 seconds
I= Q/t
Q=I*t
= 0.25*14400
= 3600 A.
