Answer:

Total time to complete journey = 2(Time taken to go up)

We have,

u= 29.4m/s ,a= -9.8 m/s^2, v= 0, t= ?

We know,

v=u+at

0=29.4+(9.8)t

-29.4=9.8t

-29.4/9.8=t

3=t

Therefore it takes 3 seconds to go up

Then, it would take the same mount of time that is 3 seconds to come down

So, the length of the total journey would b 6 seconds
