A tile measuring 12 CM by 10 cm cost rupees 18 if the cost of tiling a room which is 9.6 metre long is 115200 find the breadth of the room also find the number of tiles used

Answer:

no. of tiles = total cost of tiling ÷ cost of one tile

=115200÷18

=6400 tiles.

each tile = 1.2m^2(120cm^2)

breadth= 1.2×6400÷9.6

7680÷9.6

breadth= 800
