A tin can hold 16 1/2 = 16.5 litre volume of oil.

To hold 313.5 litre oil we will need

313.5/16.5 tins

=19 tins

A tin holds 16 1/2 litres of oil.

in a tin  = 16.5litres of oil can be filled

so 1 litre oil can be filled in=1 / 16.5 tin
