Answer:

tin was 4/5 full.

6 bottles - 4 bottles = 2 bottles

then , tin was 3/4 full.

therefore, 4/5 - 3/4 = 2 bottles

let's take capacity of can as 'a'

4/5 a - 3/4ax = 2

(16 - 15 /20) a = 2

1 x / 20 = 2

a = 2 × 20

a = 40

therefore we found that the capacity of the can is 40.

in the initial state it contained 4/5 x 40 = 32 bottles.
