Weight of the tin = x
Therefore,
[tex]x=2X1(200-x) \\ x=2400-2x \\ 3x=2400 \\ x=2400/3 \\ x=800[/tex]
Therefore, Amount of sugar when the tin is  \frac{1}{2} full = 1,200 - 800 grams = 400 grams
Therefore, Amount of sugar the tin can can hold when it is full = 2 * 400 grams = 800 grams
