A torch bulb is rated 3.0V and 600MA. Calculate - it's power, it's resistance, the energy consumed if it is lighted for 4 hours.

Power = Vi
= 3.0 volts × 600 × 10⁶ A
= 1.8 billion watts

Resistance = V / i
= 3.0 volts / (600 × 10⁶ A)
= 5.0 × 10^-9 ohms

Energy = Power × Time
= 1.8 billion watts × 4 hour
= 7.2 × 10⁹ Watt hour
= 7.2 × 10⁹ × 3600 joules
= 2.592 × 10¹³ joules
