Hey mate !!!

Answer :-

Let marbles divided = 2x,5x,7x

=> 2x+5x+7x = 280

=> 14 x = 280

=> x = 280/14

=> x = 20

Hence,

No.of marbles with karan = 2(20) = 40

No.of.marbles with robin = 5(20) = 100

No.of.marbles with kiran = 7(20) = 140

Difference :-

Kiran marbles - karan marbles

I.e = 140 -40

=> 100

Hope this helps !

the total number of marbels are 280 =>
which is divided in three part and given each part to Karan ,robin, Kiran , in the ratios of 2:5:7
>>we can write them as 2x,5x and 7x
>> 2x+5x+7x=280
>> 14x=280

x = \frac{ \cancel{280}}{ \cancel{14}} = 20
>>then 2x=40,5x=100 and 7x=140 so, Kiran has 140 marbels and Karan has 40 marbels.
the difference between kiran and karan=>
140-40=100
