Let the number of adult tickets sols be x
And,
The number of children tickers be y
So,
As per question we have 2 equations

X + y = 925...... (1)

75x + 30y = 59250
Or, 15x + 6y = 11850...... (2)


From equation 1 we have

X+y = 925
Or,
Y = 925 - x
So,
Putting this in equation 2

We have

15x + 6y = 11850
Or,
15x + 6(925 - x) = 11850
Or,
15x + 5550 - 6x = 11850
Now,
9x = 11850 - 5550 = 6300
Or,
X = 6300/9 = 700
So,
No of adult tickets sold = x= 700

And
We know y = 925 - x
So,
Y = 925 - 700 = 225
So,
No of children tickets sold is 225.
