A tower stands vertically on the ground. From a point on the ground which is 15m away from the foot of the tower, the angle of elevation of the top of the tower is found to be 60^0 . Find the height of the tower.

In triangle ABC
tan 60° = AB / BC
=> root3 = AB / 15
=> AB = 15 × 1.732
=> AB = 25.98 m
Height of tower = 25.98 m
tan 60° = AB / BC
