A town has 15625 inhabitants. If the population of this town increases at the rate of 4% per
annum, find the number of inhabitants of the town at the end of 3 years. ​

Rate of Interest (R) = 4%

Time = 3 years

S.I = (P×R×T)/100

S.I = (15625 × 4 ×3)/100

S.I = 1875

Amount = P + S.I

= 15625 +1875

= 17500

therefore population after 3 years = 17500
