For finding the original Population

Let's assume total population as x.

And the increased population = x + 1200.

As we know , Now after 11% decrease population = x - 32.

So, the decreased population will be = 1200 + 32 = 1232 .

Therefore, 11 % of 1200

$= > 1200 \times \frac{11}{ 100 } = 132$

So , 11 % of x = 1200- 132 = 1100

If 11% of x = 1100

Then 1 % of x

$= > \frac{1100}{11}$

And then 100 % of x

$= \frac{1100}{11 \times 100} = 10000$

Hence, the original population is 1000.
