A toy car covers a distance of 100 m in 10 s on a windless day.

The table below shows the corrections that are to be added to or subtracted from the time taken by the car to cover 100 m at different wind speeds.

Example - The car will take 9.5 s to cover 100 m on a day when the wind speed is 3 m/s. If the car takes 10.3 s, what is likely to be the wind speed on that day?
