total height=30 cm
height of cone =30-7
=23
total volume of toy =volume of cone + volume of hemisphere
=1/3πr^2h +2/3πr^3
=1/3×22/7×7×7×23 +2/3×22/7×7×7×7
=1899.32 or 1899 cm
