⭐⭐⭐Hi mate your answer is...... ⭐⭐⭐
Diameter=7cm
then, radius=3.5 cm
Height of cone=15.5-3.5=12cm
Now, slant height of cone,
l =  \sqrt{(r {}^{2} }  + h {}^{2} ) \\  =   \sqrt{} (7 \div 2) {}^{2}  + (12) { }^{2}  \\  = 25 \div 2cm
Now, total surface area of toy
=C.S.A.of hemisphere + C. S. A. of cone

 = (2\pi r {}^{2}  + \pi \: r \: l) \\  = \pi \times r \times (2r + l) \\  = 22 \div 7 \times 7 \div 2 \times (7 + 25 \div 2) \\  = 214.5 \: cm {}^{2}
Also, volume of the toy =
Volume of hemisphere + Volume of the cone
 = (2 \div 3\pi \: r {}^{3}  + 1 \div 3\pi \: r {}^{2} h) \: cubic \: units \\  = (2 \div 3 \times 22 \div 7 \times (7 \div 2) {}^{3}  + 1 \div 3 \times 22 \div 7 \times (7 \div 2) {}^{2}  \times 12)cm {}^{3}  \\  = 243.83 \: cm {}^{3}
I hope it will help you.....!!!!!!!!!
