A toy is in the form of a cone mounted on ap hemisphere of same radius 7cm if the total height of the toy is 31 cm find taa (pi= 22÷7)

First of all height of the toy is 31 cm, and radius of the hemisphere is 7 cm (Given)
So, Height of the cone will be height of the toy - height of the hemisphere (Note that radius of hemisphere= height of hemisphere)
=( 31- 7) cm = 24 cm
Now for the slant height l= √( r² + h²)
= √( 7² + 24²
=√ 625
= 25 cm
Surface area of the toy= CSA of cone + CSA of hemisphere
= pi* r * l + 2 * pi * r * r
= pi * r ( l + 2r)
= 22/7 * 7 ( 25 + 14)
= 22 * 39
= 858 cm²
Answer= 858 cm²
