height of hemisphere =7cm
radius of cone =7cm
height of cone =31cm-7cm
=24cm
T.S.A. of the toy =C.S.A. of cone+C.S.A. of hemisphere
πrl+2πr2 =22/7*7*+2*22/7*(7)2
=22*25+308
=550+308
=858cm2
hence TSA of the toy is 858 cm2
