Radius of cone = Radius of hemisphere = 3.5cm
Height of cone = 15.5-3.5 = 12cm
l = Root of (h square + r square)
= Root of 156.25 = 12.5cm
CSA of cone = πrl = 22/7 * 3.5 * 12.5 = 137.5
CSA of hemisphere = 2πr^2 = 2*22/7*3.5*3.5
= 77
Therefore the TSA of the toy = 137.5+77 TSA = 214.5
