As the radius of cone and hemisphere are same

Therefore,

Radius of hemisphere =. 7cm

Total height of the toy=. 31cm

So the height of the cone is = 31cm-7cm

=24 cm

now,

$= slant \: height = \sqrt{r \times r + h \times h}$

${l}^{2} = {7}^{2} + {24}^{2} \\ = {l}^{2} = 49 + 576 \\ = {l}^{2} = 625 \\ = l = 25cm$

Total surface area of a toy,
