Surface area of toy =CSA of cone +CSA of hemisphere

= pi*r*l +2pir^2

= 3.14*3*5 + 2*3.14*3^2

= 103.62cm^2

Volume of toy = volume of cone +volume of hemisphere

= 1/3pir^2 + 2/3pir^3

= 1/3 *3.14*9 +2/3 *3.14 *27

= 65.94cm^3
