l=\sqrt{14.25}

l=3.77m

Total surface area of top= CSA of cone+Area of circle

TSA=\pi rl+\pi r^2

TSA=\pi r(l+r)

TSA=3.14 (\sqrt2)(3.77+\sqrt2)

TSA=23.02 m^2                                

Therefore, The total surface area of the toy is 23.02 meter square.
