CGST + SGST = 5% + 5%=10%
hence , 10% of 1320 =
1320 × 10/100
= 132

Answer: Actual price of the toy without GST is Rs.1200.

Step-by-step explanation:

Price of the toy including both the GSTs= Rs.1320

State GST(SGST)- 5%

Central GST(CGST)- 5%

Therefore, the total GST can be calculated as 10% ( by adding up both the GSTs)

As GSTs are calculated on the original price, therefore...

Let the original price without adding the GSTs be 100

So, according to the condition:

After adding the GSTs= 100+10= 110

When final price is 110, original price is 100

Therefore, when final price is 1320, original price -------

(100/110)* 1320 = Rs.1200
