radius of the hemisphere=7÷2=3.5cm
height of the cone=15.5-3.5=12
surface area of the toy =CSA of the cone + CSA of the hemisphere
=22/7×r×l+2×22/7×(r)^2
=22/7×r(l+2r)
=22/7×3.5(12.5+2×3.5)
=11(12.5+7)
=11×19.5
=214.5cm^2
