Mass (m) = 0.1 kg
u = 0 m/s
v = 5 m/s

Now,
Impulse = Change in linear momentum
= m(v-u)
Impulse = 0.1(5-0)
= 0.1*5
= 0.5 kg m/s

Hope this helps you!!

impulse=F×t
J=ma×t
a=v÷t
J=mv÷t×t
J=mv
J=0.1×5
J=0.5Ns
hope it helps u
