                  K = 35 N/m

                  Pe = 1.5 J

Solution -

             We use formula,

                  Pe = \frac{1}{2} Kx^{2}

                  1.5 = \frac{1}{2} * 35 * x^{2} \\1.5 * 2 = 35 * x^{2} \\\frac{1.5 *2}{35} =x^{2} \\x^{2}  =0.0857\\x = \sqrt{0.0857} \\x = 0.29

so , answer is x = 0.29
