a toy train crosses 210 m and 122 m long tunnels in 25 and 17 seconds respectively. Find the length of train and speed of train.

In first case
Toy train cross the tunnel =210 m
Time taken =25 sec
Speed =distance /time
=210/25m/s
Same in 2nd case
Speed =distance /time
=122/17m/s
Now we remember here distance is combination of train length and tunnel length
So
(Train length +210)/25=speed
So( x+210)/25=(x+122)/17
17(x+210)=25(x+122)
17x+3570=25x+3050
8x=520
X=65
Length of train =65m
Now
Speed =(65+210)/25=275/25=11m/s
