Answer:

The variety of A costs Rs.22 Per kg and the variety of B costs Rs.21 per kg.

He mixed the two varieties in the ratio of 2:5

Therefore, if it is assumed that 2 kg of variety A is mixed which costs Rs.21 per kg is mixed .Which works out to Rs.165.

The total of 7kg mixture works out to RS 209.

to find out the cost per kg .

\implies\sf{Rs. 209÷7}

which works out to 29.86

To earn 5% profit on A Rs.29.86 the profit works out to Rs.149 and the selling price works out to Rs.29.86 + 1.49 = 31.35.
