A train 100 m long is to cross a river bridge of length 800 m. What time will it take to cross the bridge? Given that the train moves with a constant velocity of 36 km/h.​ ​

we know,time=distance / speed

total distance=(800+100)m=900 m

now,900m=36 km/hr X 5 / 18=10 m/s

here,time=900/10=90 seconds or 1 minute 30 seconds.

So,90 seconds required to cross the bridge
