A train 100 m long passes another train coming from opposite direction in 9 seconds . If their speeds be 38 km/hr and 34 km/hr respectively , find the length of the other train ​

Relative Speed = 60 km/h + 40 km/h = 100 km/h

Conversion: 100 km/h = 100 000 m / 3 600 s = 28 m/s (approximate)

Length of crossing = Length of train A + Length of train B = 140 m + 160 m = 300 m

Speed = Distance / Time → Time = Distance / Speed

t = 300 m / 28 m/s = 10.7 s

It will take roughly 11 seconds for the two trains to cross each other.
