Answer:

Let's come to the question,

Known points are,

Length of train = 110 m= 0.11 km

this is the distance to be travelled for passing the train

Speed of train = 60 kmph & speed of man = 6kmph

Question can easily be silved by using concept of relative motion.

Since, both are traveling in opposite to each

So, relative speed of train = speed of train + speed of man

Here, the man is assumed to stay in relative motion.

So, relative velocity = 60+6 = 66 kmph

Now,

Time taken to pass train= distance/speed

Time taken = 0.11/66 = 0.00167 hours

Or Time = 0.00167 × 60 ×60 = 6 seconds

So,

Man can cross train in just 6 seconds.

Hope, it was helpful.
