speed of the first train =15015 =10 m/s

time taken by trains to cross each other=12sec.

and Relative speed of two trains

=150+15012= 25 m/s

∴Speed of the second train

=(25−10)×185= 54 km/hr.

Train will cross cyclist in 3.75 hours.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since we have given that

Length of train = 150 m

Speed = 30 km/hr

Speed of cyclist = 10 km/hr

They are in the opposite direction .

So, Relative speed = 30+10 = 40 km/hr

So, According to question, time is given by

\dfrac{Distance}{Speed}=\dfrac{150}{40}=3.75

Hence, train will cross cyclist in 3.75 hours.
