» A train 300 m long is running at a speed of 25 m/s. Will cross a birdge of 200 m.

Here..

• Total Distance = 300 + 200

=> 500 m

• Speed = 25 m/s

____________ [ GIVEN ]

• We have to find the time taken by train.

___________________________

We know that..

Time = \dfrac{Distance}{Speed}

Put the known values in above formula

→ Time = \dfrac{500}{25}

→ Time = 20 seconds.
