ans. the time taken by the train to cross the bridge is 28.8 seconds

Step-by-step explanation:

speed of train=50km/hr

length of train=300m

length of the bridge =100m

now, speed of train in m/s=50*5/18

distance it has to cover=length of train +length of bridge

distance=300+100=400m

speed=distance/time

50*5/18=400/time

time=400*9/125=144/5=28.8seconds

so, the time in which the train will cross the bridge is 28.8 second
