Let speed of train is X km/hr.
Speed of train w.r.t. man is = (X-3 )km/hr.
Speed in m/sec is = (X-3)*5/18
Now we know speed = distance/time.
So (X-3)*5/18 = 300/33
X= 371/11 m/sec.
