Since the bridge is 250m long as well as train is 50m long. Therefore the total distance is 300m[250m+50m].
The speed is 10km/h which is (25/6)m/s[10×1000/3600].
Therefore the time taken will be distance÷speed=300÷25/6=300×6/25=72seconds.
