A train accelerated from 36km/h to 72km/h in 2 minutes. How much distance does it cover in this period? Assume that the tracks are straight? (write the value of distance in SI unit, no need to write the unit)

Answer: Here is your answer

Explanation: 2 minutes = 120s

36km/h = 10m/s

72km/h = 20m/s

Distance = speed * time

= (20 - 10) * 120

= 10 * 120 m

= 1200 m
