Here's your answer!!

________________________________

It's given that,

Without stoppage the average speed was 60km/h
Means without stoppage distance travelled=60km

With stoppage speed was 40km/h
That is,distance travelled=40km

Now,

Time taken at stoppage= 60km-40km

 = > 20km

Since,the speed is 60km per hours ,
Means 60km in 60 min.

So,

1km is covered in 1 min.

Therefore,
 = > 20km \\ = > 20 \times 1 \\ = > 20minutes

Hence,
Option (a)20m/h is correct
