It is very easy you just have to apply the formula of speed and time as you know speed formula is distance upon time so you can easily take out speed in the first case which is 200 km per hour by dividing 320 km by 1.6 hour .

then the second case ,

distance and speed are already given so you have to take out the time as asked in the question,

which is distance by speed so will divide 600 by 200 which is 3 hours and we get the time taken by the train to cover 600 km is 3 hours .
