Step-by-step explanation:

If the train moves at speed of 48 km/hr, the distance coverd in 50 mnt is 40km.

means in one hour trains covers 48 km.

so in 1 minute, 48/60= .8

that is 800 meters.

in 50 mnt train travelled 50*.8= 40km.

if the time was reduced to 40 mnt,

the speed of the train will be 60km/hr.

that is to cover 40 km in 40 minutes

the train should move at speed of 60km per hr

Answer:

firstly change km minutes in to hour then apply speed equal to distance upon time then multiple your answer in 40 other wise change km in to m then apply speed equal to distance upon time then what answer came multiple it on 40 I can not do the solution because I did not know the conversion unit I hope it is helpful use calculated after conversion 48 km do not report my answer
