Distance = 10 km
Time = 12 minutes = 12/60 hrs
Speed = Distance/Time
 =  \frac{10}{ \frac{12}{60} }  \\  = 10 \times  \frac{60}{12}  \\  = 50 \: km \: per \: hrs
Now Speed is decrease by 5 km/hrs
Hence new Speed = 50 - 5 =45 km/hrs
Distance = 10 km
Time = Distance/Speed
 =  \frac{10}{45} hrs \\  =  \frac{10}{45}  \times 60minutes \\  = 13.33min \\  = 13min
