distance = 13 km

time = 12 min

       =  12/60 hr

speed = distance / time

          =  13 /12 * 60

           =  13* 5

          =   65 km /hr

speed decreased by 5 km/hr

new speed = 65 -5

                   =  60 km/hr

time taken =  distance / speed

                =   13 / 60 hr

                 =  13 /60  * 60 min

                 =  13 min

           =  13* 5

          =   65 km /hr

speed decreased by 5 km/hr

new speed = 65 -5
