A train covers a distance of 180 km at uniform speed if the speed of the train is increased by 9 km per hour it takes 1 hour less for the same journey find the original speed of the train ​

distance = 18km

speed=x km/hr

180/X+1=180/9

180x-180(x+9)=x(x+9)

180x-180x-l620 = x^2+9x

x2 +9x-1620=0

Factorise:

(X +45) (x-36)=0

x = 36

Orgl.speed of the train=36km/hr
